Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead application development initiatives while managing multiple projects in parallel within a portfolio. The role requires strong budgeting, delivery governance, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end application development projects. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with portfolio priorities and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned projects
- Lead project teams to ensure that project objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers to help them develop their project management skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project integration and alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology.
- Must have minimum 10+ years of experience in software development and minimum 5 years in project management
- Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
