  • Understanding of Salesforce configuration and the ability to communicate effectively with Salesforce developers/configurators.

Job Description:
  • Engage with business stakeholders and product owners to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Salesforce business processes and quoting workflows and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional requirements.
  • Manage and maintain the Jira product backlog, including story refinement, prioritization support, dependency identification, and sprint readiness.
  • Collaborate with development, Scrum Master and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as intended.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution support, issue clarification, and defect triage.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to validate delivered functionality and obtain business acceptance.
  • Identify gaps between business expectations and implemented functionality and drive resolution with relevant teams.
  • Leverage AI/GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or equivalent tools to accelerate BA activities, including requirements summarization, user-story drafting/refinement, acceptance-criteria creation, and test-case generation.
  • Ensure AI-generated content is reviewed, validated, and aligned with business requirements and organizational standards.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements, simplification, and automation.
